Hota.Digital is a personal project that publishes educational content and small tools for GTM, RevOps, SEO, AEO, marketing, analytics and related topics. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational use only

The site and its tools are provided for educational, informational and exploratory purposes. Tool outputs may include calculations, scores, estimates, heuristics, technical checks or suggested interpretations. They are not professional advice and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, investment, accounting, regulatory, medical or other professional guidance.

You are responsible for deciding whether any output is appropriate for your situation. Verify important information independently before making business, marketing, technical, financial or operational decisions.

2. Use at your own risk

Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or affected by assumptions, user inputs, bugs, third-party systems, changing platform behavior or changes in external data.

No result, score, benchmark or recommendation is guaranteed to produce a particular outcome, including revenue, pipeline, conversion, ranking, traffic, visibility, citations, leads or sales.

3. Your responsibility

• Check your inputs and independently validate important outputs.
• Use tools only for lawful purposes.
• Only submit websites, URLs or systems that you are permitted to test or analyze.
• Do not use the site to overload, disrupt, probe or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
• Do not submit passwords, API secrets, confidential documents or other sensitive information into public tool inputs.

4. Crawling and external websites

Some tools may fetch, inspect or crawl public web pages. These tools are intended for legitimate analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of them complies with applicable laws, website terms, access controls and permissions.

Hota.Digital does not control third-party websites and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or content.

5. Accounts and protected tools

Some resource-intensive tools may require an account or login to manage usage and protect the service from abuse. Access to protected tools uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for activity performed through your authenticated session.

6. External references and links

Educational pages may link to documentation, patents, standards, research, platforms or other third-party sources. These links are provided for reference. A link does not mean that Hota.Digital controls, endorses or guarantees the third-party source.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original Hota.Digital content, tool interfaces, explanatory text and code remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use tool outputs for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site as a competing service without permission.

8. No warranty

No warranty is made that the site will always be available, secure, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Tools may be changed, limited, suspended or removed at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

You use Hota.Digital at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hota.Digital is not responsible for losses, damages, missed opportunities, business decisions, technical issues or other consequences arising from your use of the site, reliance on tool outputs, or use of third-party information linked from the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
