Hota Partners FZCO operates a digital advisory, community and tools portal focused on go-to-market (GTM), SEO, and growth. The platform is primarily intended for founders, operators, independent builders, and select investors.

• Member area for posting and discovering Offers and Needs, and connecting with relevant peers.
• Lightweight tools and calculators to support planning, GTM, SEO and execution.
• Optional advisory or consulting services that may be agreed separately on a case-by-case basis.

• We do not provide financial, investment, brokerage, banking, remittance, or cross-border payment services.
• We do not provide medical, legal, tax, or government regulatory advice.
• We do not act as an agent, broker, guarantor or representative for any member or third party.
• We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., revenue, SEO rankings, funding, partnerships, or contracts); results depend on external factors.
• We do not sell or rent personal data; any sharing is limited and purpose-bound (see Privacy Policy).

4.1 Member Contributions (Offer & Need)

• Members may post Offers (products, services, expertise) and Needs (requirements, partnerships, opportunities).
• All postings must be accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and aligned with a professional context.
• We may edit, hide, or remove content that breaches these Terms or community guidelines.

4.2 Access to Other Members

• Membership may grant access to limited details of other members (for example, name, role, company and stated Offer/Need) to enable legitimate professional outreach.
• Members must not spam, harass, resell, scrape, or otherwise misuse member information.
• Misuse can result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

4.3 Responsibility & Validation

• Members are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the Offers and Needs they post.
• Hota Partners FZCO is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading postings by members.
• Always independently validate and perform due diligence before engaging, transacting, hiring, or sharing sensitive information.
• All interactions, discussions and agreements arising from postings are strictly between the relevant members or parties.

4.4 Eligibility, Fees & Termination

• Members must be of legal age and provide accurate registration details.
• Some tiers or features may be fee-based; you agree to pay applicable charges and keep billing information current.
• We may suspend or terminate membership, or limit access to features, for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

• Site content and community interactions are for informational and professional purposes only.
• You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without prior written permission.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, membership tier, or content at any time.
• You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, or to interfere with service operation and security.

Hota.digital includes various tools, calculators and utilities (for example, startup runway calculators, unit economics tools, SEO checkers, link and redirect analyzers, and other GTM helpers). These are provided for convenience and educational or planning purposes only.

6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

• Outputs from tools and calculators may be incomplete, approximate, or inaccurate, and may rely on assumptions, user inputs or external systems.
• We do not guarantee that any calculation, recommendation, status, or label produced by a tool is correct, complete, or up to date.
• Tools may contain bugs or may not reflect changes in laws, regulations, search engine behavior, ad platforms, or market conditions.
