Privacy Policy

Hota.Digital is a personal educational project. This policy explains the information that may be processed when you use the site and its tools.

1. Information you provide

Depending on the feature you use, information may include:

• Text, numbers, URLs and other inputs submitted to a tool.
• Email address, name and Google account profile information used to authenticate access to a protected tool.
• Information you send directly by email.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential documents, personal records or other sensitive information unless a tool specifically requires it and clearly explains why.

2. Technical and usage information

The site may process standard technical information needed to operate and secure a web service, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, session information and error logs.

3. Tool inputs and crawl data

Some tools process URLs, page content or crawl results on the server. Inputs and generated results may be temporarily stored, cached or logged where necessary to complete the analysis, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors or manage resource-intensive crawls.

Only submit public websites or URLs that you are authorized to analyze. Avoid submitting confidential or access-controlled content.

4. Accounts and authentication

A small number of resource-intensive tools may require login. Account information may be used to authenticate access, maintain sessions, manage usage and protect the tools from abuse.

Protected tools use Google authentication. Google processes authentication information under its own privacy terms.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies may be used for login sessions, security and basic site functionality. Analytics or measurement technologies may also be used where enabled to understand site usage and improve the tools.

6. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• Run calculations, analyses and crawls requested by you.
• Provide login and account functions for protected tools.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors and maintain security.
• Understand which tools are useful and improve the project.

7. Sharing

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing growth@hota.digital. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal or technical reasons.

10. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect the site and account information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use the tools accordingly and avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for the analysis.

11. Third-party websites

Hota.Digital may link to external documentation, research, patents, platforms or other websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Hota.Digital.

This policy may be updated as the project and tools change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
